Vandens ir šilumos energijos skaitiklių bei matavimo sistemų, skirtų skysčių, išskyrus vandenį, kiekiui matuoti, atitikties vertinimas pagal Matavimo priemonių techninį reglamentą, patvirtintą Lietuvos Respublikos ūkio ministro 2015 m. spalio 30 d. įsakymu Nr. 4-699 „Dėl Matavimo priemonių techninio reglamento patvirtinimo“, kuriuo perkelta 2014 m. vasario 26 d. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos direktyva 2014/32/ES su pakeitimais, padarytais Komisijos deleguotąja direktyva 2015/13/ES
